Albanian Customs Ranked as the Highest-Rated Public Institution by the Business Community in the American Chamber of Commerce Business Index

According to the 2025–2026 Business Index published by the American Chamber of Commerce in Albania (AmCham), the Albanian Customs Administration has been identified as the public institution receiving the most positive evaluation from the business community. Albanian Customs scored 58.66 points, ranking among the institutions with the highest overall results.

This assessment reflects the business community’s perception of its relationship with the Customs Administration and highlights the continuous commitment of Albanian Customs to delivering more efficient, transparent, and business-oriented services tailored to the needs of economic operators.
