American Chamber of Commerce Business Index Survey evaluates relations with Customs at the highest level

The American Chamber of Commerce published the Business Index Survey where relations with the Customs Administration are at the highest levels compared to other institutions!

According to the survey of AmCham members, relations with Customs have improved significantly and steadily in the last three years, reaching in 2023 the highest level, about 64.4%, while the average index marked about 47.6 percent.

In his speech, the President of AmCham, Grant Van Cleve, appreciated as very positive the cooperation with the Customs Administration in order to improve the climate for business in Albania.

In the last year, the number of businesses which evaluate the relations with the Customs Administration as favorable has been increased by 6.6 percent!
