Meeting with Mr. Toni JAKIMOVSKI, General Director of South East Law Enforcement Center (SELEC)

Customs General Director, Mrs. Belinda IKONOMI, held a working meeting with Mr. Toni JAKIMOVSKI, General Director of South East Law Enforcement Center (SELEC).

They were focused in deepening the cooperation between General Directorate of Customs and SELEC Center especially in the prevention field, fight against trans-border crimes and smuggling. During the meeting Mrs. IKONOMI ensured Mr. JAKIMOVSKI for the full support of her Administration in the SELEC Center activities and underlined the fact that the main factor to prevent efficiently the organized crime is real time exchange of information.

On November 2013 will be held the 13th Meeting of SELEC Council where there will discussed and defined the objectives regarding the fight against the organized crime and smuggling.
