Documents that certify the Origin of Goods

EUR.1 is a document certifying the preferential origin of goods originating in EU countries, EFTA countries, Turkey which are imported into Albania or exported from Albania to these countries in order to benefit from preferential treatment. This certificate is issued by the customs authorities at which the customs export declaration is submitted on the basis of a written application from the exporter or his official representative.

EUR.1 (CEFTA) is a document certifying the preferential origin of goods originating in CEFTA countries which are imported into Albania or exported from Albania to these countries  in order to benefit from preferential treatment in cases where diagonal cumulation with Turkey is applied or in some cases even with EFTA countries (see Cumulation Matrix). This certificate is issued by the customs authorities at which the customs export declaration is submitted on the basis of a written application from the exporter or his official representative.

The invoice declaration is a document certifying the preferential origin of goods originating in EU countries, EFTA countries, Turkey, which are imported into Albania or exported from Albania to these countries in order to benefit from preferential treatment. The invoice declaration may be issued by an approved exporter, which is provided by the customs authorities with a customs authorizations number or by an exporter for a consignment which does not exceed 6000 € of total value.

The invoice declaration (CEFTA) is a document certifying the preferential origin of goods originating in CEFTA countries which are imported into Albania or exported from Albania to these countries in order to benefit from preferential treatment in cases where diagonal cumulation with Turkey is applied or in some cases even with EFTA countries (see Cumulation Matrix). The invoice declaration may be issued by an approved exporter, which is provided by the customs authorities with a customs authorization number or by an exporter for a consignment which does not exceed 6000 € of total value.

Certificate of Origin Form A is a document certifying the Albanian preferential origin of goods exported to countries which have granted preference to Albania as a developing country on the basis of the General System of Preferences (GSP). This certificate is issued by the customs authorities at which the customs export declaration is submitted on the basis of a written request from the exporter.

The certificate of origin is a document certifying the non-preferential origin of the goods. The Certificate of Origin is issued by the Chamber of Commerce on the basis of a written request from the person concerned.
