Where the Customs value of imported goods may not be determined under Articles 34 or 35, it shall be determined on the basis of data available in the Republic of Albania.

The Available Data is the last method to determine the Customs Value, Article 36 of Law No 8449 dated 27.01.1999 (or Article 70 point 3 of Law No 102 dated 31.07.2014).
