Cultural Heritage Objects and Works of Art

In order to carry out import, export and transit customs procedures for cultural heritage objects and works of art, companies shall submit to the customs authorities the specified documentation according to the relevant legislation.

For cultural heritage objects:

• The Passport "Cultural Heritage Object" (in yellow colour) issued by the National Center for Inventory of Cultural Assets (QKIPK);
• The object transfer permission issued by the Minister of Culture.

For work of arts:

• The Passport of the object as “Work of Art” (in green colour) issued by the National Center for Inventory of Cultural Assets (QKIPK),
• The object transfer permission (certification) issued by the National Center for Inventory of Cultural Assets (QKIPK)
