Transparency Program for the General Directorate of Customs

The Transparency Program for the General Directorate of Customs has been prepared in accordance with the Law "On the Right to Information" which sets out the legal framework for the activity of the authority within the Law No 119/2014 "On the Right to Information".

This program is assessed as a concrete way through which the Public Authority (hereafter GDC) builds and enhances the transparency in its institutional work under the guarantee of the Law "On the Right to Information". GDC will periodically update the Transparency Program. The information made public in this program aims to make a transparency of the work of the GDC through its detailed coverage on the official website www.dogana.gov.al as well as in the public reception premises.
