Legislation

The Summary of Legislation includes the most important acts on which the customs activity is based. This summary has been drafted on the basis of the hierarchical level of the acts under the Albanian Constitution, starting with the International Conventions in the Customs area where our country has acceded, International Agreements, Bilateral Agreements, Legislative Acts with qualified majority, Decision of Council of Ministers and second and third level acts.

This is obviously only the first step and opening the way for updates.
