Cash Declaration for Natural and Legal Entities

1. Why it is necessary to declare monetary values at the border?

Declaration of the monetary values at the border is related to:

• prevent the money laundering;
• finace the terrorism.

2. What do the companies need to complete?

Natural and legal entities, in addition to the standard import, export and transit procedures, they have to fill in the form for the reporting of value transportation at borders (RTVK) for banknotes, metal, precious stones in order to comply with the legal obligations.

In the case of a non-completion of the RTVK form, it is forbidden the continuation of the customs procedures until the completion of the it.
